2011
Freedom Hill Vineyard has now transitioned from self rooted plants to rootstock and currently harvests 65 acres of mature pinot noir, pinot blanc and chardonnay  fruit with more on the way.

The growing season of 2011 has been similar to 2010 with bud break and bloom two weeks behind what is perceived as normal.  Dan anticipates fruit coming off the vine beginning by mid-October.

The family is well as Kenzie expects her first child around the end of harvest and Porter begins school at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii.  Helen continues with her professional career while cultivating the garden here at the vineyard.  As always the pure joy of Buddy's being permeates the entire farm.
